Mama Fresh Pick Of the Week: Family Day at MCA- Junk Monster
Explaining sustainability and how our everyday actions are having and impact to our planet to a kid is hard. This is a day where this lesson can come alive. Head over to the Museum of Contemporary Art for Family Day. Saturday 11-3p this month’s theme will help your kids think about: Where does the junk in our world come from and where does it go? On February 19, see “Blacks on Broadway” a music and dance performance by students of Ellison School. The show begins promptly at 6 pm at the Logan Center for the Arts, 915 East 60th Street. Entrance on north & south sides of building, free parking on west side of building. Tickets at the door.
